ROPP cap production process

1. Raw material preparation:

Use 8011 DC aluminum cover as raw material, and obtain aluminum sheets of suitable size through cutting and pretreatment.

2. Stamping:

The aluminum sheet is stamped on a stamping machine to form a preliminary lid shape.

3. Stretching and rolling:

Through the stretching and rolling process, the lid is further formed and reaches the size and shape required by the design.

4. Painting and printing:

The formed lid is painted and printed to meet the customer's brand and packaging design requirements.

5. Quality inspection:

Each batch of ROPP lids is subject to strict quality inspection to ensure compliance with standards.
